Honorlock "Reviewed" status icon
We previously announced that the "Reviewed" status icon will now automatically appear after a student's session is viewed. If you didn't intend to view a session or want to indicate that you are not finished with it, instructors now have the option to manually mark a session as “Reviewed” and can also remove the “Reviewed” status if needed.

APSU Branded Zoom Backgrounds!
Show some school spirit in your next Zoom meeting with APSU branded backgrounds and filters now available in Zoom. To add one of the backgrounds or the Gov Head sticker, navigate to Settings > Background and Effects to choose a new virtual background or filter.

All Screens Mode!
When enabled, the host (and participants, if allowed) will be able to view all screens of the participants in the meeting. This can be a great option for proctoring situations where our standard tools may not be the best solution. It is important that participants are not allowed to see each other's screens if using this setting for proctoring. Check out this Zoom article (opens new window) on  how to set up your meeting in all screens mode.
