All clothing, apparel and giveaways (shirts, caps, cups, etc.) purchased with University funds require the following:
- APSU’s official logo with the name of the University imprinted on the item. Exceptions must be made by the Executive Director of Public Relations and Marketing or their designee.
- Approval of the design prior to printing by APSU Public Relations and Marketing.
- University branded colors and fonts. Shirts should be the APSU primary colors—red (specifically Pantone 200), white, black or gray.
For approval, email artwork with vendor name, quantity and cost to firstname.lastname@example.org.
