Purpose: Use this form to request a new webpage or a new folder section for your department's website.

Before you submit

• Do you just need to edit an existing page? You do not need this form. Log in to the CMS to make edits.

• Page vs. Section?

  • Page: A single document (e.g., "History of the Dept").

  • Section: A new folder with multiple pages and its own left-side navigation menu (e.g., "Graduate Programs" with sub-pages for each degree).
