Create New Content

Use these forms to expand your website.

• Request a New Page or Section

  • Use this for: Creating a new single webpage, or a new "folder" section with its own side navigation menu.

  • Note: You do not need this form to edit existing pages. Just log in to the CMS.

• Request a New Web Calendar

  • Use this for: Setting up a new Modern Campus event feed for your department.

  • Prerequisite: Requires a trained CMS editor to manage.

Features & Functionality

Use these forms to add global elements.

• Request a New Asset

  • Use this for: Creating content that needs to repeat on multiple pages (e.g., Contact Info Block, "Apply Now" buttons, or Web Forms).

  • Stop: If you just need a layout for one page (like an accordion or columns), use a Snippet inside the editor instead.

Fixes & Updates

Use these options for maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Report a Website Issue / Content Update

  • Use this for:

    • Reporting broken links or 404 errors.

    • Requesting content updates if you are not a web editor.

    • Reporting design or layout bugs.

• Update Directory Information

  • Use this for: Fixing incorrect job titles, phone numbers, or office locations in the Faculty/Staff Directory.

  • Note: This updates the HR system (Govs Suite), which then syncs to the website.
