Dependents' Educational Assistance Program (DEA), Chapter 35 - Transfer Student

• Complete the VA form 22-5495 (black ink only) with the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office.  
• Provide a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility or latest VA Award Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office.
• Complete the APSU Office of Veterans Education Benefits' Online Orientation.
• Must complete the Certification Request Form (CRF) once registered. (Enrollment Certification Process).

• The Prior Credit Evaluation will be completed by the end of your first term with the exception of Aviation Science

• Return all documents to:
