Dependents' Educational Assistance Program (DEA), Chapter 35 - Transfer Student
- Complete the VA form 22-5495 (black ink only) with the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office.
- Provide a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility or latest VA Award Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to the APSU Veterans Education Benefits Office.
- Complete the APSU Office of Veterans Education Benefits' Online Orientation.
- Must complete the Certification Request Form (CRF) once registered. (Enrollment Certification Process).

- The Prior Credit Evaluation will be completed by the end of your first term with the exception of Aviation Science
- Return all documents to:
