The Office of the Provost focuses its efforts on the achievement of the goals and objectives set forth in the University’s strategic plan. Ultimately, the office strives to enhance student success at Austin Peay through the quality of our academic programs, the distinction of our faculty, and the innovation of our academic support services.

The Senior Vice Provost & Senior Associate Vice President is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to the following units: the Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence (CAFE), Distance Education, and Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment. We lead multiple university-wide initiatives, programs, and processes for the Division of Academic Affairs to promote a dynamic teaching and learning environment, grounded in excellence. We strive to guide the institution's academic enterprise and academic vision for Austin Peay State University.
