United Greek Council

The Unified Greek Council (UGC) at Austin Peay State University serves as the governing body for culturally-based sororities and fraternities on campus. The council provides leadership, support, and programming to ensure the success and visibility of its member organizations, while fostering a strong sense of community and cultural pride.

UGC organizations place a strong emphasis on academic achievement, community service, leadership development, and cultural awareness. These organizations offer students the opportunity to find a home away from home, and a lifelong network of support and empowerment.

Currently, Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. is the active member of UGC at APSU.
