Travel is initiated within each arts area; our travel policy can be found HERE.

PR and Marketing requests can be submitted HERE

  1. Week One: Submit design request
  2. Week Two: Clarissa works on design.
  3. Week Three: Draft of design sent to requester.
    1. If no revisions are needed, designs are sent to PR for approval.
    2. If revisions are needed, this will extend the timeline.
  4. Week Four: Finalized design sent to requester.
    1. If no revisions are needed, designs are sent to PR for approval.
    2. If revisions are needed, this will extend the timeline.
    3. After PR approves the design it is the department’s responsibility to send to Print Services.
  5. Week Five: Posters up! Social media posted.
  6. Week Six: Event!
