Travel is initiated within each arts area; our travel policy can be found HERE.
PR and Marketing requests can be submitted HERE.
- Week One: Submit design request
- Week Two: Clarissa works on design.
- Week Three: Draft of design sent to requester.
- If no revisions are needed, designs are sent to PR for approval.
- If revisions are needed, this will extend the timeline.
- Week Four: Finalized design sent to requester.
- If no revisions are needed, designs are sent to PR for approval.
- If revisions are needed, this will extend the timeline.
- After PR approves the design it is the department’s responsibility to send to Print Services.
- Week Five: Posters up! Social media posted.
- Week Six: Event!
