
The Clarksville Youth Theatre (CYT) is a youth theatre program for ages 10-17 designed to give youth the opportunity to experience the process of putting a show together and performing in a show.

and we cannot wait to see both familiar and new faces in the room.

WHAT TO PREPARE
• A 30-second to 1-minute dramatic monologue

• After performing your monologue, actors will stay for the entire audition slot to
participate in cold readings with other auditionees.

ABOUT THE SHOW
The Mysterious Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a monologue-heavy production set
in London in the 1800s. The language is rich and period-inspired, with dialogue reminiscent
of old English.
Please note:

TUITION AND LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Tuition is $150 per student. This covers cast and crew t-shirts, the set, costumes,
and ongoing program maintenance.
We are also accepting applications for Assistant Directors and Assistant Stage Managers.

This production will be lead by the wonderful Jorden Alicea as the Director and Katie
Groves as the Stage Manager. Miss Alyssa will be the Production Manager and Acting
Coach.
