The Greek community at Austin Peay State University is comprised of 20 recognized chapters, which are all nationally affiliated and in good standing with the office of Student Affairs and the University. With over 750 recognized members, our social fraternities and sororities account for over 8% of the total campus population.
Fraternity and Sorority Life also provides individuals with opportunities to engage with philanthropic/service events, leadership, diversity and social activities. In addition to fostering a sense of brotherhood and sisterhood, chapter members are encouraged to become active and assume leadership roles in other campus activities and organizations. Our chapters provide a variety of services to the Austin Peay community as well as the Middle Tennessee region including raising money for local and national charities and completing many hours of service to the campus and surrounding communities.
