Austin Peay State University offers many different options for living on campus. From traditional to nontraditional student, each provides a community atmosphere to encourage your personal and academic growth.  All halls and apartments are designated as smoke-free. Click on the hall to go to the information page for the specific hall. Virtual tours and room layouts are available for most halls.


Traditional-Style Halls

Traditional-style halls are residence halls in which a student shares a living space with one other student, and they share restroom spaces with 1-3 other students.

Emerald Hill Floor Plans and Information

Students residing in private apartments will have private access to a private living space, restroom, and kitchen.

1 Bedroom:  $3940 per Semester per Student

2 Bedroom:  $4100 per Semester per Student

Students residing in shared-living apartments will have private access to a private living space, and they will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-3 other students.

Shared-Living Apartment (Triple):  $3470 per Semester per Student
Shared-Living Apartment (Double):  $3600 per Semester per Student

 

Hand Village Floor Plans and Information

Students residing in shared-living apartments in Hand Village will have access to a private living space. They will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-3 other students.

Shared-Living:  $3970 per Semester per Student

Meacham Apartments Floor Plan and Information

Students residing in private-living apartments in Meacham will have access to a private living space, and they will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-2 other students.

Private-Living:  $4125 per Semester per Student

Students residing in shared-living apartments in Meacham will share a living space with 1 student, and they will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-2 other students.

Shared-Living:  $3300 per Semester per Student

Two Rivers Apartments Floor Plan and Information

Meal Plans

Fall 2022 - Spring 2023

All students living on campus MUST purchase a meal plan each semester.  Exceptions may be made for students residing in Emerald Hill or Two Rivers Apartments.

Students with the All Access - 7 Day plan experience unlimited cafeteria access when the dining hall is open, $350 declining balance/per semester, 100 Meal Exchanges/semester, and 10 guest passes/semester..

PRICE:  $2,340 per semester

Students with the 14 Meals per Week plan experience 14 meals per week in the dining hall, a $350 declining balance/semester, 80 meal exchanges/semester, and 5 guest passes/semester.

PRICE:  $2,108 per semester

Students with the 10 Meals per Week plan experience 10 meals per week in the dining hall, a $400 declining balance/semester, 80 meal exchanges/semester, and 5 guest passes/semester.

PRICE:  $1,956 per semester

Designed for students with inconsistent dining needs, students with the Block 75 plan receive 75 meals, a $525 declining balance/semester, and 1 meal exchange per day. First-year residential students are not eligible to select this meal plan.

PRICE:  $1,200 per semester

Designed for students with inconsistent dining needs, students with the Declining Balance Only plan receive a $1,115 declining balance/semester. First-year residential students are not eligible to select this meal plan.
