Joe Mills

Joe provides strategic leadership for Housing Services by overseeing the department’s long-range planning, goals, and objectives. In his role, he develops and manages the housing budget, master plan, marketing plan, and departmental assessment plan; provides oversight for housing facilities and projects; and leads the department’s crisis and risk management planning. Joe also supervises professional and support staff, participates in PreView Days and Governor’s Orientation events, and guides the development of residential communities that foster engaging learning environments and support student success.


Kimberley Morrow

Director of Residence Life

Kimberley provides leadership for the residence life program by overseeing staffing, programming, and living-learning communities. In her role, she manages the residence life budget, oversees early arrival and late stay requests, and coordinates surveys and assessment efforts within residence life. Kimberley also serves as the chief housing officer in the absence of the executive director, acts as the hearing officer for formal disciplinary matters, coordinates contract release and damage appeal processes, and participates in Preview Day and Orientation events. She is committed to creating supportive residential experiences that promote student engagement, accountability, and success.


 

Sue Fort

Associate Director of Housing Operations

Sue provides leadership for housing assignments and administrative operations while supervising the Housing Technical Specialist and clerical staff. In her role, she oversees main campus housing assignments, emergency and overflow housing, contract administration, room changes, and the processing of resident cancellations and withdrawals. Sue also coordinates athletic housing needs in collaboration with coaches, helping ensure that housing processes are efficient, responsive, and supportive of students.


 

Dirk Anderson

Dirk joined the APSU team in 2026 as Director of Housing Services. In his role, he administers the university's dining services contract, serves as the primary contact for student meal plans, prepares the annual housing budget, and provides leadership for housing and dining contracts, capital planning, construction projects, dining investment funds, and maintenance operations. Dirk is committed to fostering a welcoming residential community by enhancing campus services, building collaborative partnerships, and supporting student success.


 

Griffin Gardner

Assistant Director of Residence Life

Griffin provides leadership within the residence life program by supervising the Area Coordinators and overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of paraprofessional staff. In his role, he serves as a hearing officer for formal disciplinary matters, supports the development and oversight of Living Learning Communities, and assists with the planning and implementation of the residence life budget. Griffin is committed to fostering well-supported residential communities that promote student engagement, accountability, and success.


 

Michael Johansen

Housing Technical Specialist

Michael supports Housing, Residence Life, and Dining Services by serving as the department’s primary liaison with Information Technology. In his role, he maintains the occupancy management and student conduct databases, manages departmental webpages, and develops and oversees Banner processes. Michael also processes student housing and dining billing, prepares internal and external reports, and serves as the primary departmental contact for StarRez, Banner, and Maxient support. He is committed to improving operational efficiency, strengthening technology systems, and supporting accurate, responsive service for students and campus partners.


 

Vee Terrell-Johnson

Area Coordinator (Emerald Hill, Two Rivers, Harvill, Sevier)

Vee provides leadership for the residential communities at Emerald Hill, Two Rivers, Sevier Hall, and Harvill Hall by supervising residence hall staff and overseeing daily operations. In her role, she manages budgets for the areas and committees under her supervision, coordinates student staff selection and training, facilitates roommate mediation, conducts informal disciplinary hearings, and participates in the department’s 24-hour on-call rotation. Vee also advises Housing’s Hall Council and WIC Committees and is committed to creating a positive, meaningful, and supportive on-campus experience for all residents.


 

Anna Goins

Area Coordinator (Hand Village, Blount Hall)

Anna provides leadership for the residential communities at Hand Village Apartments and Blount Hall by supervising residence hall staff and overseeing daily operations. In her role, she advises the department’s social media committee and coordinates Housing’s social media channels. Anna is committed to fostering supportive residential communities while strengthening communication and engagement with students.


 

Gabrielle Mosley

Gabrielle provides leadership for the residential communities at Castle Heights and Governors Terrace North by supervising the Residence Hall Directors and Resident Assistants in each building. In their role, they advise the Residence Hall Association and Hall Councils and oversee departmental committees that promote student engagement and development. Gabrielle is committed to creating supportive residential environments that encourage leadership, connection, and student success.

Samantha Davis-Jensen

Administrative Assistant III

This role supports the Executive Director by assisting with departmental marketing plans, All State advertising, Preview Day, and Governors’ Orientation presentations. Responsibilities also include coordinating residency exemption requests, managing purchasing processes and personnel leave records, and completing special projects on behalf of the Executive Director. The position contributes to the department’s overall efficiency, communication, and service to students and campus partners.


 

Brandy Crisostomo

Brandy supports the daily operations of Housing Services by welcoming visitors and assisting students with a variety of administrative needs. In her role, she issues resident access cards and loaner keys, maintains security inventory, coordinates judicial appointments and correspondence, processes student billing, and assists with contract release documentation. Brandy also helps schedule student employees, manages work orders and re-core requests, maintains departmental files, and coordinates reservations for meeting rooms 109 and 111. She is committed to providing organized, responsive, and welcoming service to students and campus partners.

Cliff supports Dining Services by overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of dining equipment and related systems. In his role, he performs scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections, troubleshoots equipment issues, installs and tests new equipment, and serves as the primary contact for contracted maintenance work. Cliff also maintains exhaust fans, ventilation systems, plumbing lines, and the Dining Services equipment inventory while evaluating equipment for repair or replacement. He is committed to maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient dining facilities for the campus community.
