Physical Plant Work Requests

APSU Physical Plant utilizes the FMX work order system.
FMX is a single sign on site, your APSU password is automatically synched.
- Go to apsu.gofmx.com
- Click on "Log in with SSO"
- User name is APSU email
- Password is APSU password (we will never ask you for your password)
- Click "New Request"
- Enter pertinent information then "submit" (when submitting information, please be very specific, this enables quicker response times by Technicians)
- If you have issues submitting a request, please call Physical Plant at 931-221-7424. (Normal business hours are Mon.- Fri., 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; after hours and weekends please call Public Safety at 931-221-7786)
