The RA position is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to gain leadership skills and networking abilities. In becoming an RA, you become a role model for the university and your peers while making the residence halls a community where students can excel.
In becoming a Resident Assistant you open yourself to meeting new people while making the hall a safe place for residents. Through the application and training process, you build close relationships with the rest of Housing staff.
