Room Booking Timeline for Fall 2017 - Spring 2018

November 2, 2016New Freshman to Housing may select beds
February 15-17, 2017Returning Students can retain same bedspace for Fall17 - Spring18
February 21 - July 1, 2017Returning Students can select new beds
March 27 - July 1, 2017

New Upperclassmen / Transfer students can select beds. 

New Freshman who are eligible can select Harvill Honors Hall

June 30, 2017Self-Selection process shuts down at 6:00 p.m.
July 1, 2017Deadline to cancel application and be refunded housing deposit

Instructions for New Students Applying for Housing:

  • STEP 1: Login to your AP ONESTOP account and click on the 'Apply for Housing' Icon. Fill out the Application for the term you wish to apply for, either SPRING 17 or FALL 2017 - SPRING 2018.  
  • STEP 2: Make your $100 Application fee.  Make sure you choose the correct application term, otherwise your fee will not be applied towared the correct application.  You will receive an email confirmation in your APSU email account when we have received your deposit; usually takes 1-3 business days.  
  • STEP 3: We will book your room assignment and meal plan based on availabilites if you are applying for Spring 17 Only.  If you are applying for Fall 2017 - Spring 2018, you will be able to select your desired bedspace from a map of all our residence halls based on what is available.
