Austin Peay Alternative Break Trips

Make your break matter. Austin Peay State University’s Alternative Break Trips combine hands-on community service with the fun of exploring new places. Most trips are highly affordable, with many domestic options costing no more than $100 (including food, housing, and transportation), and select specialty trips priced differently. Our mission is to:

  • Engage students in meaningful community service

  • Raise awareness of social and environmental issues

  • Build community among participants and the university
