Fall Leadership Experience 

The Fall Leadership Experience (FLEX) at Austin Peay State University is an interactive leadership development opportunity designed to help students build the skills and confidence to lead on campus, within student organizations, and beyond. Through engaging sessions focused on leadership and professional development, students gain practical tools, explore new perspectives, and connect with fellow student leaders from across campus. Whether students are currently serving in leadership roles or looking to develop their skills, FLEX provides opportunities to grow as leaders and prepare for future personal, academic, and professional success.
