Fall Leadership Experience 

The Fall Leadership Experience, or FLEX, is an opportunity for students to experience a full day of exploring leadership styles and developing leadership skills. A conference-style event, FLEX focuses on individual leadership as a disposition, not a position. 

FLEX will be September 20, 2025 and Registration closes September 10, 2025. Participation is free and registration is required. This year's FLEX will include our popular etiquette lunch, as well as all materials, meals, and several take-away items.

2025 FLEX will be from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and have five tracks for students to choose from. Participants will receive a certificate for attending FLEX.
