GPC Executive Board
The Govs Programming Council Executive Board is made up of the following positions: President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Membership Experience, and Vice President of Public Relations. GPC is advised by Kaitie McKinney, the Coordinator for Programming and Campus Traditions. The General Board is open to any interested APSU student - register with us on Govs Connect to join! Our General Board meets on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. in Claxton 103.

Hi everyone! My name is Ryann Smith and I am a junior majoring in Corporate Communications and Leadership, with a minor in Event Management. As the Govs Programming Council President, I help plan and coordinate engaging events that bring our campus community together. These events help create fun and inclusive experiences for the APSU PEAYple!

Hi, I'm Jada Morris, a junior majoring in Health and Human Performance. I serve as the Vice President of Operations for GPC, where I help oversee the organization's behind-the-scenes and work to keep everything running smoothly.
Outside of school and GPC, I enjoy relaxing, playing Sims, and staying organized. My favorite GPC event is Glowchella because of the fun atmosphere and the opportunity to connect with everyone. I'm excited for another great year and can't wait to help make this year's events a success!
Hi Govs! My name is Savannah Helmuth, and I'm a junior majoring in Early Education! I serve as the Vice President of Membership Experience for the Govs Programming Council. My job is to make sure everyone is feeling heard and seen in everything we do!
Outside of GPC, I am also a member of Greek Life in Alpha Delta Pi. My favorite APSU event is Homecoming Week because I love to see everyone come together and also get have some friendly competition! I love to get to know people and I love to help in any way I can!
