Make your break matter. Austin Peay State University’s Alternative Break Trips combine hands-on community service with the fun of exploring new places. Most trips are highly affordable, with many domestic options costing no more than $100 (including food, housing, and transportation), and select specialty trips priced differently. Fall Break 2026: Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area (Golden Pond, KY)

Join us as we travel to Florence, AL to cheer on Clarksville's Hometown team against UNA Lions! Tickets are $10 and include round-trip transportation via charter bus and admission to the game. This trip is open to APSU students only.
How to Attend:
Start by registering through Govs Connect. If space is available, you will receive a separate email from Lauren Smiley about payment. You will have 48 hours from when the email is sent to submit your $10 payment (via payment link, in-person at the Foy Center, or over the phone) and confirm your spot.
If the trip is full when you register, you will be placed on the waitlist. If a space becomes available, students will be contacted in waitlist order with instructions to complete payment.
