Available Graduate Assistant Positions

A wide variety of graduate assistantships are offered at Austin Peay State University (APSU). Students should review the instructions below for viewing available positions and submitting applications. The priority deadline for the Fall semester is April 1 and the priority deadline for the spring semester is November 1.

Instructions for current or previous APSU students*:

• Go directly to Jobs4Govs. Select Student Login and use your AP Onestop login credentials to access the system.
• Follow steps 5-8 below.
• View available positions at APSU.

* Current or previous students are those who were enrolled starting Fall 2018. If you were a student prior to Fall 2018, please follow the instructions below.

Instructions for students who have never attended APSU:

1. Submit an application for admission to one of the graduate or certificate programs at APSU. Apply here.
2. Allow 7-10 business days processing time before accessing Jobs4Govs.
3. Login to AP OneStop using the credentials outlined in the application letter. Applicants will be directed to change the password (OneStop login instructions).
4. Go to Jobs4Govs. Select Student Login and use the AP OneStop login credentials in order to access the system.
5. To view available GA positions, select Jobs, then Graduate Assistant from the menu on the left.
6. Select desired position and review requirements. Complete the application and attach any required or optional documents.
7. To upload documents for later use, select Documents then My Documents.
8. Check back often to review the application status and to view additional positions as they become available.
