Internship Description
Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking 1 intern to support IT operations within a growing company of 150+ users and 125+ devices. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting and problem resolution, network support, device management, and systems diagnostics. Responsibilities may also include assisting with hardware installation such as Ethernet lines, managing support tickets, and providing in-person technical assistance to employees across the organization.

Donnovan Chester brings over ten years of experience at AT&T as a network installation technician, developing a broad knowledge base in Wi-Fi, networking, computer repair, system diagnostics, and device management. In nearly two years at Frontier, he serves as the sole IT support specialist for the entire organization — managing IT support, budget, equipment ordering, and system upgrades while maintaining strong relationships with employees across the company. As lead technician at AT&T, Donnovan coached and trained new hires in process and technique. At Frontier, he previously supervised one intern over three months, guiding her through systems and device work that complemented her certifications and helped her land a cybersecurity position.
