Internship Description

Florim USA is seeking 1 intern to create visually compelling digital assets that effectively communicate the brand message to target audiences. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to produce on-brand campaigns aligned with the company's overall aesthetic and marketing strategy. Responsibilities include developing banner advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, interactive web content, and other digital assets; collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials; optimizing digital content for search engines, performance, and accessibility to maximize reach and engagement; contributing to creative strategy through participation in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions; managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and project parameters; and researching and staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital design and marketing.

  • Preferred Major: Graphic Design / Visual Communication, Digital Media / Digital Design, User Experience (UX) / Interaction Design, Web Design & Development / Front-End Development, or Marketing with a Digital Marketing emphasis

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)

  • Strong creativity and ability to combine functionality and technology to produce engaging online content

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and HR to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaigns

  • Technical skills to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively

  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers through creative solutions and responsive communication.

  • Willingness to stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies

  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and the ability to integrate them into quality processes.
