Brand My Swag is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships between employees and clients in order to provide quality promotional products and custom apparel. Established in 1999 and DBE Certified, Brand My Swag serves businesses, schools, and nonprofit organizations with over 600,000 printable products — from custom apparel and accessories to branded merchandise — delivering a global reach with a hometown feel.


Internship Description

Brand My Swag is seeking 1-2 interns to support marketing, sales, customer service, graphic design, and team-building initiatives. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a promotional products and custom print environment, contributing directly to client engagement, brand campaigns, and day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and data entry; ability to type 45 wpm

  • Proficient internet navigation skills

  • QuickBooks knowledge preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Lisa Ruiz is the President and CEO of Brand My Swag, bringing over 26 years of experience in promotional products, marketing, advertising, and nonprofit partnerships. Under her leadership, the company — originally founded at Fort Campbell in 1999 as Peak Promotions — has grown into a full-service promotional and custom print operation serving clients locally and globally. Lisa specializes in creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through innovative, quality solutions. She also currently serves as President of the Tennessee Talkers Toastmasters Club, where she focuses on fostering effective communication and leadership development.
