Responsible for the operation, supervision, and planning of the office. Oversees outcomes assessment, program review, and course evaluations. Contributes to program accreditation and university accreditation. Designs and delivers faculty and staff development to support institutional effectiveness. 

Allie Michael

Assists with all aspects of outcomes assessment. Maintains IEA institutional effectiveness plan and IEA website. Supports faculty and staff engagement in IEA training and development activities and develops resources. Supervises graduate assistant and student workers.

Coordinates technical aspect of academic affairs processes that utilize software, including outcomes assessment (Watermark), course evaluations, and the university's online survey tool (Qualtrics). Assists with reporting on course evaluations and outcomes assessment.
