IE Plan Due Plan is for the upcoming IE cycle. For example, in June 2026, you would submit the IE plan for the upcoming 2026-27 IE cycle. Plans include outcomes, measures and targets. |

IE Results Reports Due These results will be for the plan implemented during the prior IE cycle. For example, in September 2026, you would submit results for the 2025-26 IE cycle. Results Reports include results, analysis, and actions for each outcome, measure and target outlined in the IE Plan. |

All degree program assessment is conducted through Watermark Planning and Self-Study, the university assessment platform. For access to or questions about Watermark Planning and Self-Study, please contact Allie Michael (michaela@apsu.edu).

SLO Assessment Plan Plan is for the upcoming academic year. For example, in May 2026, you would identify the outcomes being assessed in the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. Measures and targets should be updated for each outcome being assessed. |

SLO Assessment Reports and Annual Assessment Narrative These results and brief narrative are for the previous academic year. For example, in September 2026, you would submit the results from the 2025-2026 academic year. The SLO Assessment Report includes results and actions that will be taken based on those results. The Annual Assessment Narrative is a brief report that allows degree programs to explain in narrative format how they are engaging in continuous improvement and closing the loop on assessment. |
