Funding for Student Research and Innovation
Student Research Support Grants (SRGs) competition to aid in the creation of scholarly and creative works in all disciplines. These grants support the university's effort to encourage and support the research, scholarly, and creative endeavors of any current enrolled APSU student. $2,000
The Office of Student Research and Innovation is supporting a new competition for APSU: the three-minute research and scholarly activity video competition (3MVP). Students should work with a faculty sponsor to submit their videos following the below criteria. A group of faculty and staff will evaluate the videos using a rubric to determine the winners who will receive a monetary prize for their video ranging between $100 to $500 depending on the number of submissions.
Students must be currently enrolled at the time of funding. Requests can be made for anticipated expenses related to registration, transportation, and lodging only. Travel within North America and the Caribbean is eligible for a maximum of $750. Other international travel requests are eligible for a maximum of $1,000.
