2019 APSU Teaching Mathematics Conference Registration Form

The deadline for Conference Registration is October 12th. If you would like to present at the conference, submit this registration form including the Speaker Proposal portion by September 14th. Proposals will be selected and speakers notified by September 28th. If your proposal isn't accepted, we hope you will still attend the conference.
