Govs Go Green Certification

The Govs Go Green! Certification is an initiative for Governor’s Terrace North residents who are interested in making sustainability a priority during their time on campus. Participants will learn how to implement eco-friendly, cost saving, and socially conscious behavior by being involved in group activities with fellow roommates and housing staff. The Department of Community Engagement & Sustainability (CES) will provide a free Residential Living Toolkit to encourage student success within the program. Examples of free materials include:

• Brita Water Filters
• Reusable Dining Hall Trays
• Personal Recycling Bins

**Note: The Govs Go Green! Certificate is a pilot program for students within Governor’s Terrace North. We plan on expanding this certification into other dorm buildings in future semester, so stay tuned for more information!
