Whitney Milliken is a Clarksville native and began her career at Austin Peay in 2008. Her professional experience includes work as an academic advisor and student success coordinator working with CoAL students. Whitney has prior experience coordinating the Peer Leader program, teaching peer leadership courses, UNIV 1000, and PASS 0900. Whitney is passionate about helping students be successful and helping them navigate their way through the college experience.

George Watt has joined the student success as an advisor since November 2020. He works with students in the College of Behavior Science. He has been advising students since 2006 and has been in education since 2004. He has been an instructor as well has worked in the financial industry, retail and a non-profit museum. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management at Davenport University in Michigan. He also earned his Master of Art in Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix and his Master of Military History at Norwich University.

Greg has been serving students in Higher Education since 2010, and came to Austin Peay as an academic advisor for General/University Studies in 2023 before joining the Student Success team in 2025. He advises students in University College and College of Education. He has resided in the Clarksville area with his family since 2010, and in his free time enjoys pickleball, woodworking projects, family travels, diamond painting artwork, and reading. During the warmer spring and summer months, he will most often be found re-living his youth playing baseball in an adult wood-bat league in Nashville.

Jesse Day is a Co-STEM Academic Advisor who relocated to Clarksville in August 2022. He previously served as the lead STEM Advisor at Lorain County Community College in Lorain, OH. He also served as a Student Success Coach before becoming an Advisor. Jesse earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001. He is passionate about providing students with genuine and quality advising to prepare them for their future. When Jesse is not advising students, he can be found on the football field or basketball court as a high school official.
