Photographic Services Request Form

To request photographic services from university staff, student or freelance photographers, please submit the form below. Even if a request is priority Level 1 or 2, we won’t automatically show up without a submitted request.

To help us avoid scheduling conflicts, please submit requests at least two weeks prior to an event. Please also allow for 1-2 weeks of post-processing time before receipt of finished files. OPRM will provide photos electronically via email or an online photo archive. Requestor is responsible for getting prints made.
