At this time, to ensure your safety and the spread of the Coronavirus, advising appointments will be conducted through email or ZOOM appointments. If you wish to be advised via email, please email a copy of your completed GPA sheet and Advising form to grimsleyt@apsu.edu. At that time, you will be contacted via email. If you wish to have a virtual ZOOM meeting, please use Appointmentquest (see below) to schedule your appointment. I will use the Appointmentquest calendar to schedule your ZOOM meeting.

I am working from a remote location and will keep my regular hours. Be safe!

If OneStop indicates you are in need of an alternate pin, it means that you have not completed an advising appointment.

If this is your first advising appointment, you will need to create a user name and password by using this link.  YOU MUST FOLLOW THE LINK TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT.

Please log in to your AP OneStop, to access your advisor's name prior to scheduling your appointment. If you are a general studies student, you must be advised by the general studies advisor. If you are a Health and Human Performance public health student, please contact Kim Coats. If you are an AMEDD student, please contact Danielle White. If you are an RN2BSN student, please contact Dr. Debra Wilson.

All correspondence must come from your APSU student email account and include your name and full A number.

All students are required to complete an advising worksheet. If you are a student with 12 earned credit hours, you must also bring a Nursing GPA Calculation Sheet. Links and directions to completing the forms are found on the main advising page.

Students who have received an Academic Alert during the current term must make an appointment and be advised in the office.

Advising Worksheet

GPA Calculation Sheet

Instructions for completing the GPA calculation sheet: Please convert letter grades to numbers (A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1, F = 0). If you have not received a grade for the listed course, place a zero in the hours earned column and a zero in the grade column. Advanced Placement courses are treated the same as not having a grade earned since letter grades are not assigned (place a zero in the hours earned column and a zero in the grade column).
