This program consists of 34 credit hours (offered exclusively online) with curriculum adhering to SIOP's latest Guidelines for Master's Education and Training in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Through the MSIO program, you will:
- learn about the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based organizational measurement and interventions;
- analyze research to to accurately assess, interpret, and apply science and data-driven evidence-based I-O practices to organizational needs; and
- be competitive for master's level I-O and HR practitioner positions in business, industry, or government or related doctoral education.
