I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree
in I-O Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. I completed a Ph.D. in Psychology,
specializing in I-O, in 2015 with Capella University. I have taught at the university
level, in-person and online, since 2006. Additionally, I have worked in human resources
and personnel with both private and public organizations. My professional interests
include work analysis, curriculum development, training facilitation, and work/life
issues.
