Campus Impact
Austin Peay State University campus has experienced minimal damage from the recent floods caused by Hurricane Helene. However, the university recognizes that members of the APSU community may have families affected in eastern Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, and other southern states.
Resources Available
For Students:
- The Counseling Center remains open for support.
- Students experiencing difficulties completing coursework due to the hurricane's impact should communicate with their professors.
For Employees:
- Full-time faculty and staff have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Contact Human Resources for access information.
- Employees affected by the hurricane should consult with their direct supervisors regarding potential work schedule adjustments.
