Important Financial Aid News

New Federal Loan Disbursement Policy                        Due to Federal regulations, we are required to implement new loan disbursement policies.1) One semester or one term loans will have two disbursement dates within the semester or term.The first disbursement will be made at the beginning of the semester or term and the second will be made at the mid-point of the semester or term.     2) First-time freshman borrowers will have a 30-day hold on the first disbursement.              This regulations impacts loan funds only.  Loan funds will be applied to student accounts to allow for confirmation; however, refunds will follow the disbursement schedule outlined above.

Financial Aid Awards For 2011- 2012 Aid Year: Effective Fall 2011, there will not be any distinction between main campus and the Fort Campbell campus for financial aid awards.  All terms will be included in either Fall, Spring, or Summer.  An example is if you attend the Fort Campbell campus Fall I, Fall II, and/ or Fall main campus, any of these terms, or combination of these terms, will be considered Fall Term, this will also apply to Spring and Summer terms.  If you have questions, contact our office at 931.221.7907 or Email: Office of Student Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs

Student Loan Information:   Beginning Summer 2011, undergraduate students enrolling at the Main or Fort Campbell campus must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours to be eligible for student loans. Graduate students must enroll in at least 3 graduate level hours for summer and at least 4 graduate level hours for all other semesters.
