Students talking in a group at APSU

Walk through the brick-pillared gate at the intersection of College Street and University Avenue into the heart of Austin Peay, because nothing beats being here.

There are friendly faces everywhere on campus but the best way to appreciate the people that make our community so great is to come and meet them for yourself. Sign up for a tour with our admissions office and we'd be glad to show you around around.

During a campus visit, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Explore our historic downtown Clarksville campus with a student who knows its ins and outs;
  • Chat with current students who live on campus;
  • Engage with faculty members (upon their availability) that teach in your intended field of interest; and,
  • Discuss your path to Austin Peay with a dedicated admissions counselor.

Schedule a Campus Tour

Let a student lead you down Govs Lane and answer any questions you may have about the Austin Peay experience. Tours are offered at 10 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. on Monday through Friday, with additional tours beginning at 10 a.m. on select Saturdays.

AP Days | Saturday, October 7 & Saturday, November 4

AP Days are more than a tour and more than an information session. You'll learn about our academic expectations, where to obtain support services, and how to get involved with student organizations and activities. They're open to your entire family and a great way to meet fellow future Govs.

Bring a Group to Visit

Bringing more than mom and dad to campus? We love hosting big groups and are more than happy to accommodate students in 6th grade and up for groups of 100 or less. We only ask that you give us a heads up at least 10 days prior to your visit to allow us to check availability.  To schedule a group visit, email admissions@apsu.edu or call (931) 221-7661.
