Welcome to Austin Peay State University's Room and Event Reservation system. Whether you're planning a meeting, conference, performance, or special event, we offer a variety of spaces to meet your needs.

How to Reserve a Space

1. Visit our online reservation system. Check availability and submit your request using the appropriate form:

   • Meeting Room and Event Space Request Form
     MUC, CL Auditorium, Event Center, Classrooms, Outdoor Spaces, and more

   • University Recreation Request Form
     Foy, Dunn Bowl, and IM Field

   • George and Sharon Mabry Concert Hall Request Form
     Concert Hall and Music Classrooms

   • Athletic Facilities and Fields Request Form
     Fortera Stadium, Dunn Center, and Athletic Fields

2. Review our policies and guidelines before making your reservation.

3. Browse for available space using our Rooms View Calendar.

Available Spaces

• Meeting Rooms: Various sizes available in the Morgan University Center

• Performance Venues: Clement Auditorium, Music/Mass Communication Concert Hall, Trahern Theatre

• Athletic Facilities: Memorial Health Gymnasium, Foy Recreation Center

• Outdoor Spaces: University grounds, plaza areas

• Classrooms: Available when not scheduled for classes

Additional Services

• Catering Services: Available through Sodexo Dining Services

• Audio/Visual Equipment: Professional equipment and technical support

• Setup/Cleanup: Standard and enhanced custodial services

• Security: Campus police staffing for qualifying events
