APSU Guest Houses
Austin Peay State University offers two guest houses as short-term living options for university guests, including guest lecturers, job candidates, and other visitors. Both houses are located on Home Avenue in Clarksville, TN.
Reservations & Guidelines

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis

Requests must be made at least 48 hours before arrival

Check-in: After 2:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM (late check-out incurs additional daily rate charge)

Guests arriving after business hours or on weekends must make arrangements prior to arrival

Cancellation required to avoid charges

As an alcohol and tobacco-free campus, smoking is only permitted on city sidewalks
