Hazing can happen to anyone at Austin Peay, regardless of organization type or membership status, and often takes forms that participants don't initially recognize as harmful. At APSU, we're committed to fostering a community based on mutual respect, personal growth, and integrity—values that are fundamentally incompatible with hazing practices that demean, endanger, or interfere with academic achievement.

Reporting Hazing

If you see or suspect hazing activity, please report it immediately—we would rather receive multiple reports than none at all. Every member of the APSU community has a responsibility to ensure our campus remains a safe environment where students can experience positive growth and development.
