Innovation and Success Funding

The Office of Institutional Culture (OIC) is excited to support projects that spark innovation, build community, and strengthen student success at Austin Peay. Whether you’re a student group hosting an event, a faculty member piloting a new workshop, or a staff member looking to boost campus belonging, the Innovation and Student Success Fund can help make your vision possible.

Any registered student, student organization, faculty, or staff member may apply for funding of up to $2,000 per project. Proposals should align with the goals of the Innovation and Student Success Fund: to promote recruitment, retention, collaboration, and a stronger institutional culture.

Before applying, please review the funding guidelines and restrictions carefully. Submitting a clear budget and timeline will help ensure your proposal is considered. We look forward to seeing how your ideas can positively shape our campus.

We believe that every funded project contributes to the vibrant culture at Austin Peay. That’s why the Office of Institutional Culture asks recipients of Innovation and Student Success Funds to complete an Impact Form within 30 days of their event, workshop, or program.

This form allows you to share how your project aligned with our campus-wide strategic plan in areas such as academic experience, student experience, employee engagement, and community connections. It’s also your chance to highlight outcomes — attendance numbers, memorable moments, testimonials, and media coverage.

Your reflections help us demonstrate the value of these initiatives, improve future funding opportunities, and celebrate the creativity and dedication of our campus community.
