APSU Govs Bucks
Govs Bucks is an opt-in program that will allow you to put money into an online debit account for use at most campus venues using your Govs Card.
Differences Between Govs Bucks and Flex Dollars
Govs Bucks can be deposited online through eAccounts. Deposited funds are available for immediate use.
Flex Dollars come with the purchase of a meal plan and can be used at various campus meal locations. Flex Dollars will transfer from the fall semester to the spring semester only. Meals are only valid for the current semester they were purchased.

In person at Student Account Services and Cashier's Office, 101 Ellington Building, with cash, check, money order or credit card.

By FAX with a credit card, if signature of the cardholder is affixed.
Gov Bucks or Flex Dollars?
Take a look below. Remember that when purchasing items at any of the food locations, your meal plans and Flex Dollars will be used first. If you do not have a meal plan or Flex Dollars, funds will be deducted from Govs Bucks. Purchases from vending, bookstore and other non-meal locations will come from Govs Bucks only.

When do funds expire |
Funds carry over from fall to spring and then expire on commencement day in May. |

Gov Bucks Expiration
Gov Bucks expire each year at the end of the spring semester. New Gov Bucks can be added to your account starting July 1. Any funds added after July 1 will roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester. Be sure to use any remaining balance before they annually expire on the day of Fall Commencement.
