The Red Mud Review editor positions are awarded as a part of the Creative Writing Community Stewardship Award supported by the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts. Award recipients who are placed with the Red Mud Review will assume the role of Senior Editor for the duration of the scholarship. Senior Editors are responsible for all aspects of running a literary magazine, including meeting with other editors and team members, collaborating with student organizations, managing marketing, reviewing submissions, and publishing the Red Mud Review on an annual basis.
