World Languages at Austin Peay State University

Austin Peay State University's Department of Languages and Literature is happy to offer students the experience of learning a world language. We offer beginner and intermediate courses in the concentrations below for all students pursuing degree paths with world language requirements. We welcome students that wish to pursue the exciting experience of learning a new language and making it part of their lives. Our faculty looks forward to introducing you to the wonderful world of language learning.

STAR: Translation Service to the Community

Do you know someone who needs help with Translation of an administrative document?

Contact the Department of Languages and Literature’s STAR (Service for Translation Assistance and Referral).

STAR will translate short administrative documents (example: immigration documents) or provide information and referral to professional translators.
