Travel and Arrival Form

Remember, you may not arrive in the United States earlier than 30 days before the program start date on your I-20 form, but should arrive before required orientation.

If you have made arrangements to live in Austin Peay on campus housing, you will receive a date for early check-in specifically for international students. If you arrive before this date, please make your own arrangements for a hotel or other place to stay. This will be at your own expense, so plan for money to cover this cost.

If no, go to question #5. If yes, go to question #9.

Please complete the section below, or email a copy of your itinerary to iss@apsu.edu. Your emailed itinerary must include your name and all flight information. 
6. Do you have a connecting flight from your first place of entry to another city that is not Nashville?
If yes, go to question 7. If no, go to question 8.
