Individual Counseling
Therapy is provided for individuals, as well as with a partner or family member when appropriate. In session, you and a trained therapist work together to better understand yourself, cope with specific issues, and/or improve your overall well-being.Learn More
Drop-In Counseling
The Let's Talk program provides easy access to one-on-one, informal, brief consultations with therapists from the APSU counseling center. There is no appointment necessary and services are free of charge. Click the link below to learn more about eligibility and times offered virtually.Learn More

Group Counseling

Students who have common concerns meet as a group with counselors who are trained and have experience leading groups. In these small groups, you will have an opportunity to share your experience around a specific issue and hear from others who struggle with similar difficulties.  The counselor will also offer strategies and techniques for coping with that specific issue.  
Black Voices of APSU
This special interest group provides current black students who attend APSU a safe forum to discuss how you been personally affected by racial discrimination and other racial experiences either on campus or in your community at large. Thursdays at 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. cst. Enneagram Summer Series
If you know your Enneagram type and are ready to take this tool to the next level, then join us for our Enneagram Summer Conversation Series! Each session will focus on a new way to use this centuries-old psychological system as a map for self growth and the development of healthier relationships. Wednesday's from 12:00 - 1:00 pm cst.
