Outreach Centers

The Educational Opportunity Center provides services to eligible participants who live in Montgomery, Houston and Stewart Counties in Tennessee and Christian County in Kentucky. Services are available, at no charge, at the following locations:

An appointment is required for all of our locations and one may be scheduled in person or over the phone at (931) 221-7481 or toll free at (800) 351-3382. On some occasions, walk-in appointments may be available on a first come, first served basis at our Fort Campbell, KY location.
