In honor of the Memorial Day holiday, we will be open regular hours on Saturday, May 26, but closed Sunday and Monday. Thank you for your understanding!

Summer Student Access

A student's ID will only scan for access after s/he has confirmed, validated and fully paid for summer class, regardless of which summer session s/he has class. For example, a student who is taking one summer class in Summer II has until just before the class begins to pay to avoid being dropped; however s/he will not have access to URec in conjunction with enrollment until the payment/confirmation process has been completed.

Students who are preregistered for fall, but not taking summer classes, may pay a reduced fee of $70 for full access to URec or $50 for pool-only access. Half-summer access is also an option for those who will only be in town part of the summer or are not in a position to complete payment in advance of the course deadline - $35 for full access and $25 for pool-only.

Due to the function of the enrollment/ID system, anyone paying specifically for summer access will not have his/her APSU ID scan properly, but his/her name will be maintained on an access list at the service desk for the duration of the payment period. Entry will be permitted during operating hours with a photo ID, preferabley the APSU ID.
