Work with the fitness experts on campus! Our team of accredited fitness trainers will meet you where you're at and help you improve your health and fitness. Your dedicated trainer will build a custom training plan specific to your needs, goals, interests, and schedule. In addition, your trainer will measure your progress and hold you accountable to keep you consistent, celebrate your wins, and help you overcome the inevitable challenges of campus life. Train at home, at the gym, or on-the-go with a custom training program delivered digitally. Each plan is 4-weeks long. Clients have the option of meeting with the trainer in-person at the start of the plan to discuss goals and specifics of your customized training plan.  

  • Cost:
    • Students: $45
    • Members (Fac/Staff/Affiliates): $50

Meet with your trainer one-on-one, starting with a clear goal-setting meeting and fitness assessment to determine current fitness levels. Using that information our personal trainers will develop an individualized fitness program with your goals and needs in mind. Get the one-on-one fitness attention you’ve been looking for!
