Convocation Organization Fair Signup

If you would like to have a table at the organization fair at GovFest immediately following Freshman Convocation on August 25, 2023, please sign up below. This is an excellent time to greet the entire incoming freshman class at once. Participants must be completely set-up by 4:15 p.m., and the event ends at 7:30 p.m. Tables and chairs will be set-up on the Fortera Stadium track. Fill out this form if your organization would like to set up a table at the Convocation Organization fair on Friday, August 25. Each organization will be provided with one table and two chairs for the event. The fair will be outside, so prepare accordingly. You may begin setting up at 3:45 p.m. The fair will be open at 4:30 p.m., and the event ends at 7:30 p.m.

You are encouraged to bring your own tents to setup.
