Current Campus Project information

The Tennessee Higher Education Commission utilizes the Project Information Tracking System (PITS) to manage, track, and monitor state-funded and disclosed campus planning and construction projects.

Members of the public, contractors, and campus community members are welcome to log in to the PITS database to view real-time data, progress updates, and details regarding our current capital projects.

How to view a project:

1. Login at the link above.

   • User Name: guest@guest.com

   • Password: PITSguest (case sensitive)

2. Click 'Search' in the blue 'Navigation' box on the left sidebar.

3. In the 'Search by Institution' light-orange box in the top left, select Austin Peay State University in the dropdown box and click the 'Search' button.

4. In the purple list of projects, click the 'Select' link next to the Project Name of the project you'd like to see.

5. In the blue 'Navigation' box, hover over 'Master Projects' then select 'Overview' from the sub menu.
